Austin Philpot is from Fort Worth, Texas, and joined LP Operating in 2015. Austin is the son of Tim Philpot and serves as Vice President at LP Operating. Austin brings a wealth of experience and is integral in identifying and evaluating prospects at LP Operating. From 2015 to 2020, he acted in an administrative and research capacity while a student at the University of Texas Dallas. In August 2019, Austin received his BSBA in Energy Management from UT Dallas and became employed full-time with LP Operating in February 2020. In his free time, Austin enjoys driving race cars competitively, public speaking, and investment analysis.
John Breen is the Vice President of Business Development at LP Operating, LLC. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and raised in San Diego, California, before moving to Texas in 1999. With over a decade of experience in the oil and gas exploration sector, John deeply understands the industry and its dynamics. Alongside his professional career, John is also a professional photographer with over eighteen years of experience. He has captured some of the greatest moments for the Dallas Cowboys. When he’s not working, John enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time with his wife and son, which are his true passions.
Jim Louder was born and raised in Alamogordo, New Mexico, and is an alumnus of New Mexico State University. In 1989, he moved to Texas to pursue a career in broadcasting, representing some of the country’s most renowned radio and television stations. After retiring from broadcasting, Jim obtained his license to become a loan officer and worked in developing real estate syndications. His career journey culminated in owning and managing a restaurant in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, which, combined with his past career paths, gave him an extensive marketing background. In his free time, Jim enjoys spending time on the lake with his wife Nancy, playing golf, and listening to live music.
