Monte Lang earned a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting before entering the oil and gas industry more than 20 years ago. His financial insight is the foundation upon which the company has successfully navigated through a variety of challenging and changing market conditions. Monte oversees all business operations, project cost-containment, budget management, and internal auditing of production receipts and distribution.
Tim Philpot has spent his entire professional career – more than 26 years – dedicated to the oil & gas industry. Most notably, Tim is our leader in field operations and directs all drilling and completion activity for the organization. In addition to his daily responsibilities, Tim manages cost-containment protocols, contractor scheduling, and contract negotiations. Tim’s extraordinary attention to detail ensures each drilling project remains on schedule and within budget.
